After emigrating to Toronto from Hong Kong in 1974, Michael attended Seneca College for Civil Engineering Technology between 1976 and 1979. His first job after college was with DeHavilland Aircraft in Downsview. However, with his passion to help others was not being fulfilled. It was in March 1981 that Michael became a licensed Real Estate Salesperson; Licensed as Broker in November 1984. He joined the CENTURY 21 system in January 1986. Michael managed the #1 CENTURY 21 Office in the World until November 1989, and since has been happily teamed up with his wife, Lucy.
Lucy started her journey travelling from Hong Kong to California to attend college. With nothing more than a degree, she moved to Toronto in 1975 and launched her very own Ladies’ Boutique, Femina. It was in 1987 when she joined Century 21 as a new Sales Representative. Since then, Lucy has made a name for herself in the industry: Top ten Century 21 salesperson nationwide, Titled Masters Salesperson, Gold Club Member, Centurion recipient and more.
Curtis believes that the key to loving life is simple: do the things you love with the people you love. Joining YIMTEAM just made sense. Having graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Commerce, Curtis was surrounded by an entrepreneurial ecosystem that enabled him to become a community leader and a change-maker. Through his leadership in community groups, committees and boards, Curtis has developed a passion to help others. His drive and dedication will be key factors in becoming a top realtor in Toronto and the GTA. He has a head for business, a heart for the world, and the spirit of an entrepreneur.
